| After AAA towed me to NE Automotive, I had low expectations as a "drop in". These guys moved Heaven and Earth to get me back on the road the next day with a new alternator, battery and drive belt. I cannot imagine better service or care! This was the best automotive repair experience in my lifetime- I highly recommend NE Automotive!!! |

| Service is great! Sometimes the scheduling is a bit of a wait, but the crew is always very nice and honest about what your car needs. They present all options and pricing with a fair opinion about the best course of action. We've had multiple appointments with different cars and it's always been consistent with the great service. Definitely recommend! |
